Forms
A $500.00 non refundable group deposit is required to
secure Hotel rooms and reserve your specified dates. The
$500.00 deposit is deducted from the total cost of the
outreach. A $50.00 individual (non-refundable, but
transferable to another student) is due along with
registration form no later than 30 days prior to
Outreach. The remaining of the balance is due (less
group and individual deposits) upon arrival and before
check in.

Early Bird discount:
The early bird discount is designed to reward those who
get all the forms and deposits into Mexico Short Trips
60 days prior to their arrival. You will get $20.00 off
per person if the following items are all returned 60
days prior to your arrival:
1. Group Reservation form and non-refundable $500 Group
Deposit.
2.The Group Demographics Form
3. All individual registrations forms (one per person)
and a non-refundable $50 per person deposit.*
*Individual deposits should be paid by the students and
is meant to insure their commitment. If a student
decides not to attend Mexico Short Trips the deposit is
non-refundable, but is transferable as a deposit for a
new student.
